She married Thomas W Lassiter January 19,1881. Thomas was born April 10,1851 in Franklin Co., NC. Thomas was the son of James Gray Lassier and Susan Delphia Allgood. Thomas died October 9,1925 in Henderson, Vance Co., NC.

Thomas W Lassiter and Sarah Wilkerson Edwards had the following children:

 1715 ii. Maude Bell Lassiter was born February 12,1885.

 1716 iii. Hugh Madison Lassiter was born November 20,1887.

 1718 v. Eugene T Lassiter was born in Franklin Co., NC April 18,1893. Eugene died September 29,1918 in Vance Co., NC.
