Willard died April 27, 2004 in Beaverdam, Hanover Co., VA. OBIT: Willard E. Acors, age 63, of Beaverdam, died Tuesday, April 27, 2004. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Nellie Acors. He is survived by a son, W. Keith Acors and his wife, Beth; a brother, Gordon H. Acors and his wife, Gloria; a niece, Valerie Acors; three uncles, Loney, Leonard and John F. Daniel; and an aunt, Ellen Kenton. Mr. Acors served the local counties as a tax accountant for over 20 years. His remains rest at the Bliley Funeral Home's Staples Mill Chapel, 8510 Staples Mill Road, where family will receive friends 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday and where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday. Interment Signal Hill Memorial Park.
He married Virginia Cary Sears February 22, 1964 in Plain View, VA. Virginia was born September 10, 1939 in King and Queen Co., VA. Virginia is the daughter of George Cary Sears and Virginia Roberta Gressitt.
