7099. Margaret Duggar9 Heinemann (May Belle King8 Allgood, William Thomas.7, James E.6, Edward5, Ishmael4, Edward3, William2, Edward1 Algood) was born in VA October 31, 1908. Margaret died June 16, 1979 in Hampton, Hampton Co., VA.

She married three times. She married John F. Young. John was born 1904 in FL. She married Edward Allan Howe August 5,1949 in Hampton, Hampton Co., VA. Edward was born May 27, 1918. Edward was the son of Edward W Howe and Janet May. Edward died July 6,1989 in Newport News, Independent Co., VA. OBIT: Edward Allan Howe, 71, died Thursday, July 6, in Riverside Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Howe was born in New York. He began his employment with NACA as an industrial engineer in 1943 and retired as fiscal officer of NASA in 1980. He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and its building committee. He served as chairman of the trustees and formerly as lay leader and treasurer. Mr. Howe was office manager during the Layton Ford Crusade. He was also a member of St. Tammany Masonic Lodge No. 5 A.F. & A.M.; the Newport News Scottish Rite Bodies; the Wilbur Spain Royal Arch Chapter; the Hampton Commandry; and Khedive Temple Shrine, A.A.O.N.M.S. Mr. Howe was a former president of the Peninsula Shrine Club; past Grand Tall Cedar, Tall Cedars of Lebanon, Mariner Forrest No. 147; past president of A.G.A.; past president of the Peninsula Mental Health Association; and president of NARFE, Peninsula Chapter No. 682. He also served on the Hampton Mayor’s Committee on Handicaps.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret R. Howe; one stepdaughter, Noel Thurlow of Miami, Fla.; one stepson, John B. Rollins IV of Staunton; eight stepgrandchildren and four stepgreat-grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Wesley United Methodist Church by the Revs. David Manner and Joseph L. Stone. Burial with masonic rites will be in Parklawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 tonight at Lawrence B. Wood Funeral Home.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the building fund of Wesley United Methodist Church, 2510 N. Armistead Ave., Hampton 23666.
