She married William Potter Woodbery JR January 1959 in Gadsden Co., FL. William was born November 28, 1936. William was the son of William Potter Woodbery and Mary Harmon Smith. William died May 2, 2008 in Tallahassee, Leon Co. FL. OBIT: Dr. W. Potter Woodbery Jr., age 71, passed away May 2, 2008, in Tallahassee.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. ED Thursday, May 8, at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Riggins Road Chapel.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, May 9, at Hillcrest Cemetery, Quincy, Fla., followed by a Remembrance at the "Farm House," 629 Potter Woodbery Road, Havana, Fla.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, the Alzheimer's Association, or Big Bend Hospice.
Potter was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Sue (Johnson) Woodbery; father W. Potter Woodbery Sr.; and mother Mary "May" H. (Smith) Woodbery.
