Artie Francis Mckenzie and Alonzo Franklin Blair had the following children:

 14176 vii. Charles Herschel Blair was born in Ashland, Boyd Co., KY October 18, 1919. Charles died February 19, 2006 in Flatwoods, Greenup Co., KY. He married Mary Edmond. Mary was born August 19, 1925. Mary died June 9, 2006.
