Harvey Glynn¹⁰ Dudman (Delbert B⁹, William Houston⁸, Sarah Sally⁷ Baity, Rebecca⁶ Allgood, William (Pikey) Henry⁵, William John⁴, Edward³, William², Edward¹ Algood) was born in Wichita Falls, Wichita Co., TX April 17, 1925. Harvey died May 16, 2009 in Casselberry, Seminole Co., FL. OBIT: DUDMAN, HARVEY GLENN,(MAJOR, USMC RET.), passed away early May 16, 2009 after an extended battle with Parkinson's Disease. He was preceded in 1997, by Betty Joyce (BJ), his wife of 48 years. Born in Wichita Falls, TX on 4/17/1925, he enlisted in the USMC after high school. He served with the 1st Marine Div. during WWII in the Pacific Theatre (China, Pelilulu, and Okinawa). After WWII he attended Texas A & I, earning a BS in Electrical Engineering and Physics, where he met and married BJ. He was reactivated by the USMC for the Korean conflict and stayed on active duty through 1952. He remained in the USMC Reserves, retiring after 20 years as a Major. He worked his entire career in the oil and gas industry, retiring in 1987. He and BJ enjoyed traveling, playing golf and bridge for the next 10 years..

He is survived by two daughters, Linda Holmquist (Irving, TX) and Jackie Prince (Casselberry, FL) and one granddaughter, Leigh Ann Prince..

He married Betty Joyce Applewhite. Betty was born January 19, 1928 in Yoakum, Lavaca Co., TX. Betty died January 18, 1997 in Winter Springs, Seminole Co., FL.

Harvey Glynn Dudman and Betty Joyce Applewhite had the following children:

 24030 ii. Linda Carol Dudman was born in Honolulu, Hawaii January 23, 1952. Linda died July 18 2014 in Tyler, Smith Co., TX.
