Dougloas died April 2, 1999 in Bloomington, Monroe Co., IN. OBIT: Douglas L. Willoughby, 56, of Spencer, died Friday at Bloomington Hospital.
Born Oct. 9, 1942, in Terre Haute, he was the son of Ted and Beulah (Blackketter) Willoughby.
An Air Force veteran, he retired after working for 25 years at General Electric.
Survivors include two daughters, Brandi Willoughby of Poland, Ind., and Angela Garrison of Bloomington; two sons, Chad Willoughby of Poland and Doug Willoughby II of Patricksburg; two sisters, Anne Wilson and Elaine Bays, both of Bloomfield; and five grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at Bush Cemetery with Rod Hardesty officiating.
