He is survived by his, wife, Patricia Desmares Allgood, Houma, LA, son, Alan Allgood (Sheila) of Abita Springs, LA, daughter, Debbie Hassan (Richard) of Marietta, GA and two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his, Parents, Samuel and Mamie Stainback Allgood, brothers, Cliff and Sam Allgood.
He was a Deacon of First Baptist Church of Houma.
John Carlton Allgood and Patricia Ann Desmares had the following children:
