Larry died September 21, 2015 in Lincoln, Lancaster Co., NE. OBIT: Larry Lee Allgood, 77, of Lincoln, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2015 at home surrounded by his family. Born to William & Sarah (Pugh) Allgood on October 28, 1937. Larry was an Army veteran and a member of the American Legion Post # 3, the VFW. Survivors include wife Carol Allgood of Lincoln, son & daughter-in-law Scott & Cindy Allgood of Lincoln, daughter and son-in-law Tammy and Steve Petersen, granddaughter Erin (Brett) Conway, grandsons Zachary Balderson, Brandon Allgood and Andrew Allgood. Preceded in death by parents, William & Sadie Allgood, brothers Dennis, Dale & Robert, sisters Gwen, Dorothy & Patricia. Celebration of life will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 29, at Christ United Methodist Church, 45th & A Street. Burial will be at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. Reverend Mike McMurtry officiating.
