He is survived by wife, Helene Russell-Allgood, Douglasville, GA; son, Greg and Lorrie Allgood, Douglasville, GA; daughter, Cindy and Bill Ainsworth, Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Tyler, Andrew and Sean Allgood and Jena Ainsworth. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, February 14, 2004 from 4:00-7:00 PM. The funeral service will be Sunday, February 15, 2004 at 2:00 PM in the Rosehaven Chapel, with Rev. Kevin Lobello officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park. Lewis was buried in the Arlington Memorial Park, Sandy Spirngs, Fulton Co., GA
He married twice. He married Helene Vicki Russell. Helene was born July 27, 1949. Helene was the daughter of Ralph Russell- and Irene Plotnick. Helene died April 3, 2003 in Louisville, Jefferson Co., KY. He married Thelma Jean Wiewille Mach 8,1963. Thelma was born January 5, 1941 in Louisville, Jefferson Co., KY. Thelma was the daughter of Federick Kenneth Wiewille and Dorothy Mary Bradford. Thelma died March 9, 1993 in Louisville, Jefferson Co., KY.
