Florrie (Flora) Belle Allgood and Joseph Smith Wheeler had the following children:

 9891 iv. Joe Webb Wheeler was born in Oconee Co., GA July 27, 1923. Joe died September 26, 1985 in High Shoals, Oconee Co., GA. Joe and Allene are buried in the Rays Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery, Eastville, Oconee Co.,, GA

He married Allene Hill.

Allene was born June 21, 1925. Allene died April 9, 2000.
