Minda died April 22, 2003 in Versailles, Woodford Co., KY. OBIT: Minda Faye Caskey Sparks, 62, of Versailles, died Tuesday, April 22, 2003, at Bluegrass Community Hospital.
Born in Morgan County July 22, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Orville and Delsa Fyffe Caskey. She was a production operator at Y.H. America in Versailles and former employee of Texas Instruments and the Corner Drug Store.
Survivors include four sons, Tyrone Sparks, Dwight Sparks, and Denny Cofer, all of Versailles, and Dwayne Sparks, Glasgow; three sisters, Wandaleen Tindall, Xenia, Ohio, Kathleen Perkins, Dayton, Ohio, and Fern Carroll, Versailles; a brother, Charles Caskey, Versailles; and six grandchildren.
Services were conducted Friday, April 25, 2003, at the Potter Funeral Home in West Liberty by the Rev. Charles Caskey. Interment was at the Keeton Cemetery in Morgan County. Casket bearers were her nephews and nieces.
Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association. Visitation was from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 24, at the Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home in Versailles
She married twice. She married Wilbur O. Sparks. She married (___) Cofer.
