Burial will follow under the direction of Netherton Funeral Home & Cremations. Mr. Coker passed away Sunday, March 18, 2012, at his home.
Raymond was born Feb. 19, 1940, in Brownwood, Texas, to Lee Roy and Eula (Allgood) Coker. He proudly served his country in the Army National Guard and later drove a truck until his retirement.
Those left behind to cherish his memories include three daughters, Dianne and husband, David Deaton, of Hot Springs, Ark., Tammy, and husband, Alan Collins of Hot Springs, Ark., and Donna and husband, Dennis Watson, of Brownwood; three sons, Mike and wife, Brenda Coker of Hot Springs, Ark., Terry Coker of Hot Springs, Ark., and Charles and wife, Christie Coker, of Oklahoma; one brother, Bobby and wife, Minnie Coker, of Brownwood; sister, Billie and husband, Tooter Ballard, of Brownwood; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee Roy and Eula Coker; and sister, Linda Coker Newman.
He married four times. He married Gracie Laverne Gray.
