She married James Hiram Burrows July 4, 1888 in Ellis Co., TX. James was born July 7, 1862 in Hutto, Williamson Co., TX. James was the son of James Harvey Burrows and Mary Jane Harris. James died June 25, 1936 in Altus, Jackson Co., OK.

Lettie Bell Ely and James Hiram Burrows had the following children:
