Mulvaney died at 2:40 p.m. on Sunday, November 12, at St. Mary's Hospital in Centralia. He was born in Salem on March 20, 1962, the son of Lester and Marie (Branson) Mulvaney.
He was a supervisor at Lowe's and a member of the Christian Church in Kinmundy, the Lions Club of Kinmundy and a former city councilman of Kinmundy.
Survivors include: his mother, Marie Mulvaney; a brother, Ron Mulvaney of Sandwich; two sisters, Judy Beard of Salem and Karen Dohmen of Omaha, Nebraska; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lester Mulvaney; two brothers, John Mulvaney and Jack Mulvaney; and a sister, Paula Joyce Mulvaney.
