She was born December 23, 1931 to the late Forrest and Lilly Baker and attended the Church of God in Bald Knob, Arkansas. She is survived by her three sons, Dwane (Sharon) Algood of Vilonia, David (Vicky) Algood of Jacksonville, Chatles (Rebecca) Algood of Russell; five daughters, Pat Moss of Vilonia, Nancy (Larry) Gardner of Factoryville, Pennsylvania, Kathy Brooks of Searcy, Barbra (Wayne) Massingill of Higginson, Glenda (John) Anthony of Jacksonville, Florida; 20 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Algood; one daughter, Carol Marshell Sisk; one son, John Algood; one brother; two sisters; and two grandchildren, Chasity Marie Grey and Anthony Wade Marshell. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home of Searcy. Funeral services will be Friday, March 20 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home
