She married William Columbus Hill September 20, 1884 in Dallas Co., MO. William was born August 7, 1866 in Dallas Co., MO. The 1900 census shows birth as August 1868 William was the son of George Hill and Amanda Brownfield.
William died November 22, 1947 in Dallas Co., MO. William was buried in the Hill Cemetery, Dallas County, Missouri

Obit: Death has again visited our community and taken the precious daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Hill. Mary E. Hill was born in Dallas County, December 23, 1894 and died at 5:00 p.m. February 16, 1912, after a long illness of typhoid fever. She professed a hope in Christ about one year ago and lived a faithful christian until death and said many times that she was willing to die and was happy in her last moments. She leaves a heart-broken father, mother, three sisters and three brothers and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her loss. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. O. B. Lane at the Hill Cemetery and the body was laid to rest.
