BARLOW, Anna O. -Of Flint, age 90, died Wednesday, September 8, 2004 at Crestmont Nursing Care Center. Funeral service will be held at lOAM Saturday, September 11, 2004 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Mary Wineland, Daughter officiating. Burial in Maple Grove Cemetery in Harrison, Michigan. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Kidney Foundation. Visitation 3- 8PM Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Barlow was born in Paragould, Arkansas on October 12, 1913 and was a resident of the Flint area since 1954. She loved to sew, cook and take care of her family. Surviving are 5 children, Sue and husband Robert Taylor of Flushing, Bruce and wife Glenda of Swartz Creek, Mary and husband Arthur Wineland of Arkansas, Anna Lee Stieb of Grand Rapids, and Anthony Barlow of Flint; 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Calvin Barlow, in 1981; 2 sisters and 4 brothers.
She married John Calvin Barlow May 15, 1931 in Craighead Co., AR. John was born October 7, 1912 in Walnut Grove, GA. John died July 26, 1981 in Harrison, Clare Co., MI. John was buried in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Harrison, MI
