Sadie died November 27, 2007 in Phenix City, Russell Co., AL. Obit: Sadie Wynn Pearrow, 82, of Phenix City, AL. passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at her home. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. EDT at Vance Memorial Chapel, Phenix City, AL. with interment following in Lakeview Memory Gardens. Rev. Stephen Stroud will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Lamar Wynn, Charles Wynn, Tommy Graf, Billy Graf, Dennis Morris and Karl Ingram. The family will receive friends this evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Pearrow was born March 14, 1925 in Russell County, AL., daughter of John Thomas Wynn and Stella Newsome Wynn. Mrs. Pearrow was a member of Hillside United Methodist Church, a member of the Eastern Star, Phenix City Shrinettes and Daughters of the Nile. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond I. Pearrow; and brothers, John Wynn, Lester Wynn, Fred Wynn and one sister, Doris Lewis. She is survived by daughters, Elaine Dodd and husband, John of Phenix City, AL., Joan Dannelly and husband, Gene of Katy, TX., Kathy Rice and husband, Ed of Opelika, AL.; sisters, Edna English of Seale, AL., Polly Graf and husband, Bill of Phenix City, AL., Abbie Morris of Phenix City, AL.; brother, Paul Wynn and wife, Annette of Phenix City, AL.; six grandchildren, Tiffany Walker, Allen Dodd, Ryan Ingram, Heather Dodd Harris, Garrett Bass and Stewart Rice; six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She married Raymond Ishmael Pearrow May 9, 1942 in Phenix City, Russell Co., AL. Raymond was born September 28, 1916 in Bald Knob, White Co. AR. Raymond was the son of William Clark Pearrow and Maude Lee Trull. Raymond died July 9, 1995 in Phenix City, Russell Co., AL.
