Annie died February 4, 1994 in Rome, Floyd Co., GA. OVIT: Mrs. Anne Allgood, 86, 639 Jones Ave., died Friday, February 4 in a Rome hospital. She was born October 26, 1907 in Paulding County and was a member of the Rockmart First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, H.M. (Red) Allgood and parents, Charles D. and Elizabeth Crowley Allgood. She is survived by her son, Charles Allgood, Dalton; daughter, Joenne Fuller, Dalton; two brothers, Roy Allgood, Dallas and Charles Allgood, Birmingham, AL; sister, Miss Minnie Allgood, Dallas; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The funeral service was held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, February 6, The First United Methodist Church with Rev. David Autry officiating. Interment followed in Rose Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers included Bill Carlton, Hugh McRae, Joel Goldin, Harry Jones, Denny Garner and Marson Dunaway.
She married Henry Morenus (Red) Allgood 1928. Henry was born January 13, 1903 Walton Co., GA. Henry was the son of Lawrence Young Allgood and Annie Elizabeth Johnson. Henry died June 30, 1975 in Rockmart, Polk Co., GA.
